What your fees include

Whether attending the course entirely online, or in person for the residential sessions and the first and last days (highly recommended), the fee is the same. Please note that diploma exam fees are not included.

In-person attendance

If attending in person your fee includes all tuition, individual coaching and guidance from your personal tutor, accommodation and meals on residential weekends, and your certificate at the end of the course.

Online attendance

If attending the entire course online, your fee includes all tuition, individual coaching and guidance from your personal tutor, a number of additional tutor sessions as required in between course days, access to lecture recordings for the duration of the course, and your certificate at the end of the course.

How to enrol and payment options

To enrol, you will need to submit your application form together with your deposit.

If you choose to pay in one lump sum your deposit will be 25% of the course fees with the remainder due by 9th January 2026.
If you choose to pay in six monthly instalments, January to June, your deposit is 35% of the course fees followed by 6 equal monthly instalments to cover the remainder of the fee.

Discount for associate members

Members of The Curious Piano Teachers, EPTA, ISM and Practising the Piano Online Academy may claim a discount for early application:

£230 reduction off the full course fees of if applying before 1st July 2025

After you have submitted your application and deposit online, you will receive an invoice with your payment schedule (less any discounts that you are eligible for) with details of how to make further payments. Payment can be made via PayPal if requested.

Please note that the deposit for the course is non-refundable.
